Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Central District, Israel.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
